• The sponsoring brokerage of the agent you contacted, when that agent is sponsored by a brokerage other than Deal Smith Realty, so that agent and their broker can respond to your inquiry

4. SMS and Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting into comps requests or other SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from Deal Smith Realty. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies.

Messages may be sent by automated means. Reply HELP at any time for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service, and you may decline and still work with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use it so that the agent who referred you is the agent who receives your inquiry, and so the booking calendar and contact details you see are theirs rather than a generic office. Because the referring agent may be sponsored by a brokerage other than Deal Smith Realty, this cookie also determines the sponsorship disclosure shown to you and, as described in Section 3, which brokerage receives your information.

The cookie lasts 30 days. You can delete it or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
